# Buy/Sell/Trade Group Rules
1. Members must be located in or around the Alpena area. 2. All posts must include: - Clear photos of items - Price or trade expectations - Location for pickup/meetup - Item condition details 3. Safety & Transactions - Meet in public places for exchanges (police station parking lot recommended) - Cash or approved payment methods only - No shipping - local pickup only - Complete transactions in person 4. Prohibited Items - No illegal items or substances - No Stolen Items or Drugs of any kind! - No weapons or ammunition - No counterfeit goods - No alcohol or tobacco products - No prescription medications 5. Posting Guidelines - Mark items as "SOLD" when no longer available - One item/set per post - No spam or duplicate posts - No business advertising 6. Member Conduct - Be respectful in all communications - No harassment or discrimination - Honor commitments to buy/sell - If you need to cancel, notify the other party promptly 7. Admin Rights - Admins reserve the right to remove posts or members - Three rule violations will result in removal - All decisions are final
